Beginners’ Class
Everyone welcome whether you have some experience of Yoga or are a complete beginner. The class will give you an introduction to the basic techniques of a physical (Hatha) yoga practice, using simple sequences of movements linked to your breathing.
These classes are intended to develop the following skills and abilities
- Steadiness in the body, and strength, especially in the legs
- Softness in the muscles and mobility in the joints
- An alert and concentrated mind
- Enough familiarity with a short sequence of movements and positions to be able to practise some yoga regularly at home

Ongoing drop-in class – £10/class, concessions £5/class

Intermediate Class
This class is intended for long term practitioners of yoga who are interested in developing their own personal practice.

One class per week for 10 weeks – £100 paid upfront on first session
