it’s a conundrum…yoga homework – what to do, when to do it and for how long?
for now…do the same thing – each day do the chalanas, exactly as you have learnt them. same each day. don’t vary it. you will be bored. your monkey mind will jump about. c’est la vie. only after you have done the chalanas, then the uddiyanas, then the squat with hands under feet and then golden turtle, then you may do karkotaka which we did this week. then stand and hold the tree for ages.
