stand with your back against the wall, feet together, head and heels touching the wall. have your hands on your tummy.
lift one leg (doesn’t need to be very high, luckily), keep it straight without actively using the thigh (so don’t tense or contract the muscle separately from what needs to happen as you move) and then see what happens…
